Scope of Services:
The corporate training company agrees to provide training services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or statement of work. We offer a wide range of corporate training solutions tailored to meet your organization's needs. Payment Terms:
Payment for services rendered is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling of training sessions must be made in writing at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Our payment structure does not entail upfront fees, therefore, there is no need for a refund policy.
Intellectual Property:
All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and videos, are the intellectual property of the corporate training company and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the training engagement.
Liability:
The corporate training company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of training services.
Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the corporate training company, its employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the training services.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under the terms of the agreement. Termination shall not relieve the client of its obligation to pay for services rendered prior to termination.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement:
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, and representations.
